1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing this website or using Let's Watch services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. These terms apply to all visitors and customers.
2. What we provide
Let's Watch provides streaming device configuration, setup of compatible streaming applications, account access, device setup assistance, customer support, and access to content that the provider is legally permitted to distribute. We do not sell, own, or control third-party applications, devices, or the content owned by others.
3. Eligibility & accounts
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to purchase a plan. You are responsible for keeping your account details and login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Please do not share your credentials publicly.
4. Plans & payment
Plan pricing is shown on our website and confirmed with you before you begin. Final pricing depends on the plan options, features, and number of simultaneous connections you choose. Prices may change over time; the price confirmed at the start of your term applies to that term.
5. Your responsibilities
You agree to use the service lawfully and in accordance with all applicable laws and any applicable third-party terms. You are responsible for your own devices, internet connection, and for using content in a manner permitted by law and by the content's applicable terms. Prohibited uses are described in our Acceptable Use Policy.
6. Third-party applications & devices
Applications such as TiviMate, IPTV Smarters, IBO X, Sparkle, and Downloader, and devices and platforms such as Android TV and Google TV, are provided by third parties and governed by their own terms and trademarks. Names such as “Let's Watch TiviMate” refer only to our setup and configuration service for these independent applications. Let's Watch is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or the owner of these third parties. Compatibility may vary by device and may change without notice.
7. Availability & performance
Programming availability may change, and service performance depends partly on your device and internet connection. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any particular channel, program, or feature.
8. Intellectual property
The Let's Watch name, logo, and original website content are ours. All other trademarks, logos, applications, and content are the property of their respective owners and are used, where applicable, only to describe compatibility.
9. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or end service for violations of these terms, unlawful use, or non-payment. You may stop using the service at any time; see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
10. Disclaimers
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind except those that cannot be excluded by law. We do not warrant that the service will meet every expectation or be free of interruptions.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Let's Watch is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the latest version. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
